USDA Choice American Lamb is defined by the tenderness and mild flavor giving by it's marbling found only in Domestic Lamb. This breed is the largest in size and many say is the highest in quality and consistency.

Most quality American lamb comes from Colorado and the Midwestern States and is grain fed. American lamb has grain in its diet and thus tastes less “gamey” compared to imported lamb which is typically grass fed.

Domestic lamb has a mild flavor and is rich in quality.  Because of their ggrain diet, Domestic Lamb it is well now for having a less gamey flavor compare to imported Lamb. Our lamb loins are hand selected by our veteran butchers. Each chop is beautifully frenched for its deserved appearance.

Preparation Instructions

Place Lamb (Rack and Chops) on the Roast or Grill until internal temperature reaches 125-130 Degrees F (Rare). Let rest for 3 minutes on chops.
Place Lamb (Rack and Chops) on the Roast or Grill until internal temperature reaches 130-140 Degrees F (Medium-Rare). Let rest for 8-10 minutes on racks.
Place Lamb (Rack and Chops) on the Roast or Grill until internal temperature reaches 140-150 Degrees F (Medium.) Let rest for 8-10 minutes on racks.
Place Lamb (Rack and Chops) on the Roast or Grill until internal temperature reaches 140-150 Degrees F (Medium.) Let rest for 8-10 minutes on racks.
