American Grass Fed Ribeye Steak
Labels can sometimes be misleading. To qualify as grass-fed, farmers have to feed their cattle only 30% grass. After this, their cattle can be supplemented with grains. By contrast, “grass-fed, grass-finished” means cattle eat a completely natural diet from day one.
Our grass-fed, grass-finished Ribeye Steaks is filled with a mild beefy flavor, and delicately marbled for a gentle-lean experience. These filet are available in limited quantities and maintain the traditional flavor that American palates are now looking for.
Our Ribeye Loins are aged up to 4 weeks for maximum tenderness and flavor. The result? A heart-healthy grass-fed filet rich with Omega 3 and Vitamin A; a lot more than those fed with grains.

Place the steak on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the steak over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare (an internal temperature of 135 degrees F), 5 to 7 minutes for medium (140 degrees F) or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well (150 degrees F).
