All of our products are delivered in a reusable insulated cooler packed with either dry ice or gel packs. This packaging combination will ensure every order arrives cool and in excellent condition. Shipping price varies on weight and destination so as you finalize your order the appropriate shipping charge will be applied. All of our orders are shipped overnight for your convenience as well as to guarantee freshness.
Shipping and Handling
Grand Western Steak is the only company that offers Prime Delivery service in our industry (Same Day Shipping/Next Day Delivery* at no extra charge).

Shipping prices vary by weight and destination so as you finalize your order the appropriate shipping charge will be applied. All of our orders are shipped overnight for your convenience as well as to guarantee freshness.
Overnight Delivery
All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 08:00 AM EST will arrive the following business day. All orders placed over the remainder of the day will ship the following business day. Saturday delivery is only available for most residential addresses only. We will notify you if your address is not eligible.
Delivery dates are NOT 100% GUARANTEE. Delivery dates are estimated and typically adhered to, however weather and unforeseen circumstances can affect shipping conditions and therefore we prepare all shipments to last for 2 days in transit. Plan orders ahead of time just in case of any delays. Carriers are still experiencing & reporting delays in certain areas due to high volume.
We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. If you have had trouble receiving deliveries in the past, give us a call at 1-877-624-68-98 and we will be happy to work for you to ensure your order arrives safely.
Return Policy
All reports must be submitted via email to sales@grandwesternsteaks.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and as
much detailed information as possible to help us address your report in a timely manner. Visible or Physical damages will require pictures. No exceptions.
We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Incomplete or inaccurate addresses will result in shipping and delivery delays.
Please note that orders delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

** The food should arrive frozen or partially frozen with ice crystals still visible or at least refrigerator cold—below 40°F as measured with a food thermometer.
