All of our products are delivered in a reusable insulated cooler packed with either dry ice or gel packs. This packaging combination will ensure every order arrives cool and in excellent condition. Shipping price varies on weight and destination so as you finalize your order the appropriate shipping charge will be applied. All of our orders are shipped overnight for your convenience as well as to guarantee freshness.

Shipping and Handling
Grand Western Steak is the only company that offers Prime Delivery service in our industry (Same Day Shipping/Next Day Delivery* at no extra charge).

Shipping prices vary by weight and destination so as you finalize your order the appropriate shipping charge will be applied. All of our orders are shipped overnight for your convenience as well as to guarantee freshness.
Prime and Priority Overnight
All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 08:00 AM EST will arrive the following business day. All orders placed over the remainder of the day will ship the following business day. Saturday delivery is only available for most residential addresses only. We will notify you if your address is not eligible.
We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. If you have had trouble receiving deliveries in the past, give us a call at 1-877-624-68-98 and we will be happy to work for you to ensure your order arrives safely.
Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, call our office at 1-877-624-68-98 Ext. 4103. We will do everything in our power to fix your order and in the event that this is not possible, we will offer you a full refund.
If you contact us about an issue with your order, please include as much information as possible, including pictures in the case of a product quality issue. Pictures are required in case of packaging issues.
Please make sure your address is correct and clear. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses will result in shipping and delivery delays.
Please note that orders delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Late, Lost or Damaged Merchandise
Late, lost, or damaged orders must be reported to Customer Service within the next business day after your order is received (or scheduled for delivery) in order to apply our 100% Steak Guarantee Policy.

* Premium Delivery service only applies for orders placed before 08 AM ET. Orders placed after hours will be shipped the next shipping date available.
** The food should arrive frozen or partially frozen with ice crystals still visible or at least refrigerator cold—below 40°F as measured with a food thermometer.
*** Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
