Shipping and Handling
Grand Western Steak offers Prime Delivery service in our industry (Same Day Shipping/Next Day Delivery* at no extra charge).
All of our products are delivered in a reusable insulated cooler packed with either dry ice or gel packs. This packaging combination will ensure every order arrives in excellent conditions that meet Food Safety Regulations**.
Shipping prices vary by weight and destination. So as you finalize your order the appropriate shipping charge will be applied. All of our orders are shipped overnight for your convenience as well as to guarantee freshness.
Overnight Delivery
All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 08:00 AM EST are scheduled to arrive the following business day. All orders placed over the remainder of the day will be scheduled to ship the following business day. Saturday delivery is available for most residential addresses. We will notify you if your address is not eligible.
Delivery dates are NOT 100% GUARANTEE. Delivery dates are estimated and typically adhered to, however weather and unforeseen circumstances can affect shipping conditions and therefore we prepare all shipments to last for 2 days in transit. Plan orders ahead of time just in case of any delays. Carriers are still experiencing & reporting delays in certain areas due to high volume, weather and other factors.
We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. If you have had trouble receiving deliveries in the past, give us a call at 1-(877) 624-6898 and we will be happy to work for you to ensure your order arrives safely.

We guarantee the quality of our products. Our meats are cut fresh, and flash frozen to lock in flavor and maintain product integrity. We ensure that your order arrives in wholesome condition, either frozen or partially frozen, and that you receive the weight
(or more) and quality (or better) of the products you ordered. If the quality of the product delivered do not meet these guarantees, we will replace or refund the order based on our Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds:
- Products must have an objective and observable defect at the time of delivery, such as being spoiled or not meeting the advertised specifications.
- Returns are not accepted for products that have been cooked, seasoned, modified, misused, improperly stored, or damaged by the customer.

Notification Requirement:
- Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery notify us of any issues within 7 days of receipt of the product. Notifications can be made via our customer service email or phone number provided on our website.

Exclusions:
- Personal dissatisfaction with taste, texture, or other features of the products after cooking or modification are not covered under this policy.
- Products that do not meet the specified standards due to customer handling are also excluded from returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified 24-hour period. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs of the products demonstrating the covered issues. Our team will guide you through the return or refund process and ensure a prompt resolution.

We reserve the right to elect whether to initiate a refund or replacement upon notification of a defect. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms outlined above or are otherwise unsupported by required documentation.

* Premium Delivery service only applies for orders placed before 08 AM ET. Orders placed after hours will be shipped at the next shipping date available.
** The food should arrive frozen or partially frozen with ice crystals still visible or at least refrigerator cold—below 40°F as measured with a food thermometer.
*** Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
