1. Grilled Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steak

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steak
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder or steak rub

Instructions:

  1. Bring the steak to room temperature and pat dry.
  2. Rub with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  3. Preheat grill to 450–500°F.
  4. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side, then move to indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

2. Pan-Seared Porterhouse with Herb Butter

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steak
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (smashed)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions:

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking.
  3. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the pan and baste the steak for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Cook to desired doneness (130°F/54°C for medium-rare), then rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
