Preparation Instructions

To begin, slather in melted butter and spices. To generate a firm crust and seal in the meat's juices, bake the roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes at first. Then roast at 325°F, slow and low (No need to cover while roasting). Allow to rest before cutting to serve.
