Drizzle Baby Back Ribs with Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Massage smoked paprika & ground cumin into ribs - Let meat sit for a couple of hours - Put ribs in a pan with a little bit of water at the bottom - Place foil on pan & place in oven - Cook ribs on 350 degrees for two & a half hours until pork is tender - Take out of oven - Paint ribs with smoky barbeque sauce - Put back into oven on 375 degrees - Take ribs out of oven two to three times to re-baste to achieve a caramelized & crispy texture - Take out of oven - Place on a plate with grilled onions, grilled peppers, roasted potatoes, & Mexican corn on the cob
