1. Korean BBQ Galbi Style

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Premium Short Ribs (thin sliced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic
  • Sesame oil
  • Asian pear (grated)
  • Green onions

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and grated Asian pear to create a marinade.
  2. Add the short ribs and marinate for 4–6 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Grill ribs for 2–3 minutes per side, until caramelized and slightly charred.
  5. Serve with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, and kimchi.

2. Quick Pan-Seared Short Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Premium Short Ribs (thin sliced)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger
  • Scallions

Instructions:

  1. Season ribs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
  3. Sear ribs for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add a splash of soy sauce and sliced ginger during the last minute of cooking.
