Place Lamb Roast BRTN on the Roast at 325 Degrees F until internal temperature reaches 125-130 Degrees F (Rare). Let rest for 15-20 minutes.
Place Lamb Roast BRTN on the Roast at 325 Degrees F until internal temperature reaches 130-140 Degrees F (Medium-Rare). Let rest for 15-20 minutes.
Place Lamb Roast BRTN on the Roast at 325 Degrees F until internal temperature reaches 140-150 Degrees F (Medium). Let rest for 15-20 minutes.
Place Lamb Roast BRTN on the Roast at 325 Degrees F until internal temperature reaches 150-155 Degrees F (Medium-Well). Let rest for 15-20 minutes.
