1. Traditional Bone-In Prime Rib Roast

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Whole Untrimmed Rib (7-bone or smaller)
  • Kosher salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Rub the rib roast with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
  3. Place bone-side down in a roasting pan and roast for 20 minutes to sear.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue roasting until internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Rest for 30 minutes before slicing between the bones.

2. Butchered Ribeye Steaks (Grilled)

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Whole Untrimmed Rib (cut into steaks)
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: steak rub or marinade

Instructions:

  1. Slice the rib into 1.5–2 inch thick ribeye steaks.
  2. Brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, or your favorite rub.
  3. Grill over high heat for 5–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
  4. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving with compound butter or chimichurri.
