1. Classic Oven-Roasted Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Whole Tenderloin
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Pat the tenderloin dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Transfer to a roasting pan and roast until internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.

2. Grilled Tenderloin Medallions

Ingredients:

  • Sterling Silver Whole Tenderloin (cut into 2-inch medallions)
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Optional: balsamic glaze or compound butter

Instructions:

  1. Slice the tenderloin into thick medallions.
  2. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill over high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite sauce or glaze.
