Available in USDA Prime and High Choice (Premium). Aged up to 4 weeks for maximum tenderness and flavor. This roast averages between 7-8 lbs. and will serve up to 7 people with no problem. Bring the family together with this one of a kind roast that is sure to amaze.

Place the roast fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast at 450°F for 15 minutes, then set your oven to 275°F and cook to your desired doneness. Prime rib is best served rare or medium rare. For a rare roast: 115°F. | For medium rare: 120°F. | For a medium: 130°F. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes before serving. As the prime rib roast rests, the internal temperature will rise 5 to 10 degrees.
