Japanese Wagyu cattle have a long history of producing unique muscle fibers and distinct marbling, creating tender, velvety textured beef. Crossing Wagyu and American cattle produces beef with the best qualities of both breeds.

Imperial worked closely with American ranchers to cultivate a herd of premium cattle that produces delicious and delectable American Wagyu beef. Imperial American Wagyu combines the legendary genetics of Wagyu and top-performing American herds that results in consistently flavorful, highly-marbled beef that meets and exceeds the expectations of both American and foreign palates.

Imperial partner with proud American families across the nation to produce beef according to higher standards. Cattle are raised on lush green pastures and are fed a grain-based, 100% vegetarian diet for a minimum of 400 days. Their diet is high in fiber because slow growth is key to a quality product. Imperial monitor all aspects of animal health, nutrition, and care to ensure our standards are met. They never receive antibiotics or growth promotants. Imperial also hold all of producers to the industry standards for humane handling. To MAXIMIZED FLAVOR and obtain an amazing CARAMELIZATION during the cooking process we recommed to cook these burgers using a cast iron skillet or flat surface. Allow these burgers to cook on their rendered fat and juicest for an ultimate burger eating expereince. Grill is OUR LEAST RECOMMENDED cooking method.

NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS. American and Imported Wagyu are all raised within different climates and different diets. These differences make each type of Wagyu unique. While the flavor profile of Japanese & Australian Wagyu is notoriously favored for its rich characteristics, American Wagyu still provides an exceptional eating experience but not as intense as the other two. The essence and heritage of American Wagyu are still notable. Expect tenderness, marble, and flavor to be superior to USDA Prime. Do not make the mistake to compare one with the other because they are very different on his own.
