To MAXIMIZED FLAVOR and obtain an amazing CARAMELIZATION during the cooking process we recommed to cook these burgers using a cast iron skillet or flat surface. Allow these burgers to cook on their rendered fat and juicest for an ultimate burger eating expereince. Grill is OUR LEAST RECOMMENDED cooking method.
Method 1: Grilled Wagyu Burgers

Preheat Grill
Heat grill to medium-high (around 400°F / 204°C). -
Season Lightly
Wagyu is naturally flavorful. Season patties with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Grill Patties
Place burgers on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Avoid pressing down to retain juices. -
Check Internal Temperature
Use a meat thermometer:- Medium-Rare: 130–135°F
- Medium: 140–145°F

Rest & Serve
Let burgers rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Build with your favorite toppings.
Method 2: Pan-Seared Wagyu Burgers

Preheat Skillet
Heat a cast iron or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. -
Add Patties
Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, flipping once.
Optional: Add cheese during the last minute of cooking. -
Rest & Assemble
